Question 1

What kinds of work can Cuebriar automate?

Accepted Answer

Cuebriar works on appointment reminders, lead intake, customer follow-ups, and routine admin. The workflow is mapped around a repeatable process your team wants to improve.

Question 2

Do I need to replace the tools my business already uses?

Accepted Answer

No. Cuebriar configures workflows around the tools your business already uses. The specific setup depends on the tools and workflow you bring to the intake conversation.

Question 3

What does done-for-you setup include?

Accepted Answer

Cuebriar maps the process, configures the workflow and handoff around your existing tools, and tests the setup. The working process also includes monitoring what happens and refining the system with you.

Question 4

Can Cuebriar connect a specific app?

Accepted Answer

Start with the tools already involved in your process and describe them in the intake form. Cuebriar reviews the workflow and its tools with you; a connection to a particular app is not promised before that review.

Question 5

How do I get started with a workflow request?

Accepted Answer

Open the public workflow intake page to describe the process and tools involved. You can view the page without signing in, but submitting a request requires a signed-in account with verified paid access.
